Experience

Oracle NetSuite

oracle-netsuite-integration-1.png

At Oracle NetSuite, I quickly proved myself as a competitive and resilient SDR who thrives on building relationships and driving results. Through a combination of cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-touch cadences, I consistently engaged C-level executives and uncovered valuable business opportunities.

My efforts generated $290K in qualified pipeline and contributed to my 100% quota attainment in Q4, where I created three new sales opportunities by booking discovery calls with executives. Beyond the numbers, I’ve built a reputation as someone who brings both drive and professionalism to the role, someone who not only hits activity metrics, but also connects with prospects in a personable and authentic way. I pride myself on balancing persistence with empathy, asking the right questions to uncover real pain points, and partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deals. This mix of competitiveness, strong work ethic, and genuine relationship-building has made me successful in the fast-paced world of tech sales.

TV Guide Magazine
Editorial Intern

Over the summer I worked as an Editorial Intern at TV Guide Magazine in New York City. I honed my skills in pitching, writing, and designing original articles, ensuring timely publication on WordPress. I developed relationships with publicists to interview talent, collaborated with editors, and designed social media content for TV Guide and their sister company, TV Insider, which further strengthened my media relations and communication abilities.

I enjoyed the opportunity to express my witty and playful personality through my weekly articles and blurbs. Each week, I independently managed multiple tasks including necessary for the company. My internship also introduced me to the strategic world of marketing. I worked under the VP of Marketing to create decks for the magazine’s advertisers.

Senior Capstone

For my Senior Capstone, I worked, along with a team, as the Account Executive on a campaign design project for a small, local grocer, MOON Co-op, in Oxford, Ohio.

We developed an entire campaign, addressing the lack of involvement among many members at MOON. My team conducted market research and interviews to gain qualitative and quantitative data.

We presented to the board a campaign that included a branding and social media kit, promotional materials and in-store events to create a larger sense of community and awareness.

Oxford Observer

This past semester, I continued to develop my skills in crafting, unbiased, concise and original stories by working as a staff writer for my college town’s local newspaper, Oxford Observer. I developed strong relationships with members of the community to write bi-weekly articles about current events.

I pitched biweekly stories geared towards a local audience. I wrote fresh, clean and concise stories about current events in the city of Oxford, Ohio. Every week, I pitched stories, researched issues concerning the town and conducted interviews with members of the community. I copy-edited and proofread my coworkers' work, and because of the fast-paced environment, I made last-minute revisions to my own work. I also designed the weekly newsletter for the paper and uploaded content to SNO.

ICA Broadcast Office

This past semester, I joined the broadcast and videoboard  crew to assist in streaming and video production of live athletic events.

I operated high-end equipment and cameras in a fast-faced setting during Miami's Division I basketball, volleyball, hockey and football games.

This job required a lot of adaptability and quick-thinking to ensure that the games are fully covered.

Working in the ICA Broadcasting office equipped me with the technical expertise and directorial skills essential for a career in the fields I am interested in.

Miami University PSE Gamma Gamma Chapter

I rushed PSE the first semester of my freshman year. At the time, I was a marketing major. Even though I am no longer a business major, PSE still continues to aid me in growing into a smart, hardworking and forward-thinking professional.

During my first semester in PSE, I was put into a team with three other new members. Our goal was to present to Proctor and Gamble a solution to one of their business problems. Together, my team ideated solutions, conducted surveys and market research, created a slide deck and presented to P&G employees.

Not only has PSE provided me with exposure to communicating with professionals, but it also has allowed me to develop my writing. I completed a project for Ann Mullinix LLC, a conscious living health coaching company.  I collaborated on a team to create and build the company's website. I focused on drafting brand language and well-written copy that planned to attract a college-age audience. Along with my team, we completed competitive research, pitched our ideas to the client in weekly meetings, and developed creative solutions to our client's goals. In the end, we presented our final solution which still stands as the company's website.

I also wrote for the PSE blog. I would seek out stories that would appeal to the PSE audience, both alumni and current members, and post them online.

Undergraduate
Assistant

Connecting with others and sharing my love and appreciation for telling stories and writing fills me with joy.

As a UA, I not only get to connect with mainly underclassmen taking a Journalism 101 class, but also I get to act as a leader and a mentor for people beginning their college careers.

When leading group discussions, I feel excitement rush through my body when students really start to understand content and actually show interest in the topics.

To inspire non-journalism majors, I enter every class with enthusiasm and passion. I use my strong verbal and written communication skills to reach out to struggling students, grade their work according to a strict deadline and lecture to a class of over 60 students.

Kappa Kappa Gamma

IMG_6655.jpg

At the end of the Fall 2022 semester, my peers nominated and elected me to be the next Director of All-Member Development for my enthusiastic and self-starter attitude. My experience as the Director of All-Member Development at Kappa Kappa Gamma demonstrates my ability to plan and execute engaging events for a large audience

In this role, I am tasked with seeking out compelling and engaging programing events for my chapter. I must reach out to different educational programs, set up the date, and manage any transportation necessary.

I am required to maintain consistent communication with my national advisor and provide retention reports monthly.

In previous semesters, I worked on the New Member Development Committee. I have always been passionate about making people feel welcome and included. So, I sought out every opportunity to talk and engage with new members. I was tasked with designing the new class' bid day. Based off of the theme that was inspired by 90s MTV, I edited and directed a promotional video montage on Adobe Premiere . Additionally I designed posters that were printed out and hung around our event space.
